description:

Home references a modern city high-rise building with 105 windows. The smooth surface and sleek lines mimic contemporary urban architecture since majority of concrete is used for building construction and infrastructure. The sculpture incorporates entries from each side. Made in two parts identical parts, the joining edges starting horizontal line above the entry traversing diagonally toward the center suggesting the cut of a skirt. Two opposing sides hold the windows the lower section of the entry suggests men's pants. The exterior is smooth and glistens but the interior is rough referencing quickly constructed, functional urban housing.
