Using digital media I combine animation with storytelling in order to create entertainment for children (and grown-up children alike). "Slothfulness" is about a young sloth who dreams of flying, just like the tropical birds that live in his tree. Faced with adversity, the sloth must find the inner courage to chase his dream despite the heckling of naysayers. The story touches on subject matter such as friendship, bullying, and believing in yourself. It is ideal for children ages 5-9, but hopefully can be appreciated by viewers of any age.
