Students will have three types of assignments in this class:
a) Short Daily Assignments involve blog posts and participation in class discussions
b) Bi-Weekly Assignments involve museum and archival research as well as working with institutions and organization in Downtown New Bedford; collectively your archived material will create a base about the history and topography of a certain building or urban entity in a chosen neighborhood. c) Final Assignment (includes an oral presentation and a written component). This is a group project regarding your “chosen” neighborhood. Throughout the semester
