Photographs were taken by Katelyn Couturier. . India is known for its rich varieties of spices and herbs. (Try the World Magazine, 2018) Taking inspiration from India’s earthy spices, I decided to let my participants learn the importance of fennel seeds. Fennel seeds are known as an herbal mouth freshener. When routinely chewed upon after a meal, it helps aid in many digestive tract maladies. Therefore, most of the Indian restaurants feature the bowl of both fennel seeds and rock candies
