Artist, educator and independent businessman, Jonathan Sharlin's multi-faceted career in photography began as a teenager. Part poet, part alchemist, he has a passion that has endured throughout his life. Jon is well respected throughout the art community, as well as the commercial world. He has had numerous one-person exhibitions across the United States including shows at Notre Dame, Duke University, Houston Fotofest, & Brown University. He has received many grants and is included in many collections including Polaroid Foundation, Fidelity Investments, MFA of Houston, and the Fogg Museum at Harvard University among others. Corporate clients have included The Wall Street Journal, Metropolis Magazine, Consumer Reports, Pfizer, Annie E. Casey Foundation and he is a member of Getty One Images.
