This is an incredible coordinated proposal by several major Dallas commercial developers to pitch what is undoubtedly the best option in the nation for Amazon to locate their new HQ2. The plan lays out very succinctly how Amazon can get to its 8,000,000 sf full campus build out in an organized fashion. The dynamic growth that has already been underway in Downtown Dallas' Victory Park and Uptown Districts has provided thousands of residential choices immediately at the footsteps of the proposed Victory Park Amazon Urban Village. Undoubtedly tens of thousands additional residential units will be built to accommodate the tens of thousands of new employees. The Victory Park Urban Village would reside in the middle of mass transit enabled access with the Victory Park DART station in its mids
